Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp packed light-brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (1 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Whisk together corn starch and 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) of water and set aside.
- Whisk together 3/8 cup (1/4 cup and 2 tbsp) water, and everything else in a sauce pan
- Bring to light boil over medium high heat
- Whisk in corn starch mix
- Reduce heat and boil for 1 minute stirring constantly
